|
|
Anyone else seen the two new buggies from Ansmann, could be perfect for someone new coming into the hobby?
The 2WD Madrat is under £50 and the X Pro goes for around £130.
There is some bits & bobs about them on oOple; http://www.oople.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=81

After seeing the Madrat the other day, I went to order one - just out of curiosity.
Are they listed for sale yet? I think the spares will be easy to get from JESpares. The Smacker looked well stocked (when I was a gnats fun hose from ordering the sealed diffs). |

That's blatently a RB5! The hardware may/may not be as good as Kyosho's but it's certainly worth a look. _________________ I Used Up All Of My Sick Days, So I'm Calling In DEAD!!! |

Even better though!
Although the bearings don't come with the car now, you have to buy them separately, but still £50! I'm having one, apparently they're not out yet but are due to be out any time now. Hopefully I'll be able to get one for the next club champs round _________________ I Used Up All Of My Sick Days, So I'm Calling In DEAD!!! |

I think you should get one. But be warned, there are some viscous X-60's out there. Legend has it that one particular bad breed can kill two SC10's in one bite.
See you truckside |

"just send him a mail asking to buy some madcat bearings. Just let him know that Craig passed you his details. The set consists of the 16 you should need. "
£8:50 incl UK standard P&P or £9:50 UK 1st class recorded.
Not sure how this compares, but maybe worth a look? |

My brothers one arrived today, for £50 its great! the moldings are very good.
The Shell is also nice, we're going to ballrace it put associated shocks on and hopefully we can get a B4 slipper on there too!
It is very RB5ish, but thats a good thing it also doesn't use dog bones, there not CVDS there like B44 ones, which come pre built.
I've been thinking about a RB5 sp for next year, but it might be a pro x now.
