Oct 4th: CLUB CHAMPS ROUND 14I am away for next week, which means this was my last club champs and a very good day it was too. Huge pressure, which made it a lot more fun. Especially making me drive, mostly, way beyond my capability. Which proved one thing if nothing else - The car is strong! 
Mr F scares me with his 4WD. Another quality driver to contend with  .
Colesie sets himself in a strong position for a 3 way shoot out next weekend with SteveC and BenC. Next weekend will be a great atmosphere.
I imagine this will be uttered, shouted, spat on numerous occasions....
"Maaaaaaaaarssssssssssshaaaaaaaal!!!!!!!!! Oh for Christ sake" 
BenC is right in there and will sneak in 10 completed rounds and with a win in the last round could - if him and Colesie are in the same class, take 3rd place. Steve C is right in amongst it too. My ambitions and aspirations of a 3rd place ended today but could, if results fall as they look like they will, end as a 6th - and if the above trio go for a 2WD shoot out and Zipper sneaks in a 4WD win, I can drop to 7th  (Although that should help my standings in next years handicap! )

George and Myally, please keep that B44 back!  I will lose 10quid if that Ass (ociated) wins! And by 1 point....... ouch that will hurt!
Anyway, in a strange sort of way, I will be wishing I was there, but will seek resolve in sunnier climates ready to return for some Masters/Members and Grand Prix action!

One of the more frustrating days of the year! could have been worse though, I could have been sitting at Georges bench!
That will unfortunately be the last meeting that I can attend this year I think. Has been a great year though with lots of laughs and some great races.
