FRONT TYRES AGAINI have 2 sets of front tyres/wheels both fitted with green mini spikes.
1st set has the inside and outside rows of spikes cut off. This seems to give the car no turn in - understeer!
2nd set have all the spikes complete. this set give the car lost of front end grip loads of turn in and loads of oversteer quiet difficult to drive!!
Any thoughts anyone???

The setup I posted seems to be fairly easy to drive (if I can cope, anybody can), I ran that with trimmed greens, though I have a single alu washer under the ballstud as JCB has mentioned, makes my car pretty easy to drive (neutral-ish) with the kit springs.
One thing to check is the location of the shims between the front hubs and the arms, mine were originally at the front which made the car behave much as you have described (will cock the inside front at full lock).
Hopefully there is something there to aid you, I got some great help last year, especially from Juddy so someone at the track will help you for sure.

Middle on hub carrier.

Not sure if it really helps, but I have the Alu factory team front axles (the ones where the front wheels are held on by m/c screws instead of nuts) and I need the spacer at the back as previously stated.
Other than that, it's all a matter of personal driving style as JCB said, good luck and enjoy yourself!

Have checked the front hub spacing all looks as it should be. I have the FT version too
Will try the short wheel base, then moving the shocks on the rear tower.
Question for Jonathan?
In your set up what does Ackerman forward mean?
