Associated shocks

Does anybody know the 'colours to holes' relationship on Associated pistons.

E.g. Is a red piston a 2 hole? Is a blue piston a 1 hole?

Looking at a BJ4 grass track set up, the pistons are listed as colours, not holes, awkward buggers!
Matt

AE pistons are all 2 hole and white. By the sonds of it that set up is using Losi pistons.

Yes, the coloured pistons in the BJ4 set-ups refer to Losi ones.  I have the losi drill bits for both blue & red so you can drill out your associated pistons to match if you want (if it's possible to do so - the associated holes may already be bigger than Losi ones?).

However, I'm sure like me, you would not notice any difference between associated #3 piston and a Losi blue piston!  Wink

I'm not polluting the B44 with Losi parts!

I'll start with the kit set up (F - No.2, 35wt & R - No.1, 25wt) & take it from there.

I reckon silver springs on the rear might be the way to go at LBC.

This may help in following the various BJ4 set-up sheets posted around the web....

Associated #1 = Losi #54 BLUE
Associated #2 = Losi #55 ORANGE
Associated #3 = Losi #56 RED
