Wireless - Hijack your neighbours. All you need is an excuse to pop round - quick camera phone shot of the side of the router and you'll have the wep key.  Laughing  Post a pamphlet through their door with a BT logo on saying "due to network upgrades, you may experience a drop in connectivity speed, if so please shut down your PC and wait until your neighbour goes out!"

How about fibre.

All you need is a 12inch deep trench to the exchange, 5km of fibre and some media convertors.

Strap a trowel to the back of your Yok and let it fly!
