So has anybody got a B44 yet. I got mine on monday and was up till 12.30  putting it together. The driveshafts and propshafts are exelent with little clips that go over the pins to keep them in place. You can tell where they have saved money on it but its a nice car.

Should be picking mine up today.

Sadly, I can't open it until xmas day.

I had a good look at one in Paris, they do look cheaper than a BJ4 - that's because they are!
I think the areas where lesser materials are used aren't critical points.

The slipper clutch is better  Wink  (who needs bling anyway)!

Not sure on that one Ben as the shock tower mounts are both plastic and these are critical. Don't get me wrong it is a good car and there are alloy upgrades. That has been my only gripe with it mind you.

Just had a look at the box pictures - I missed that one Embarassed

Still, it's not a Lazer - I've never had a problem with shock tower mounts - more shock towers!

(Just watch that mount break on March 2nd!)

I've got my B44 now and I'ts all together, gave it a spin indoors at Braintree before christmas indoors, it was awesome and if you guys ar after a decent setup for the lawford indoor meet go with the box setup because it goes eally well on polished floors, just lower the rear ride height a bit.

The clips don't work Wink  they move and let the pin out just the same as CVDs have always done Confused
